PetFuse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Reporting Copyright Infringement:
If you believe that content on PetFuse violates your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent, including the following information as required by the DMCA:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. Please provide a detailed description of the copyrighted material.
- Identification of the infringing material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the website (such as a specific URL).
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice:
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may send us a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the following:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement by you under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where you are located), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers:
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, PetFuse may terminate user access to the site if they are deemed repeat infringers.
